Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic system administration tasks
- Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM software (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system upgrades
- Train on cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Support office equipment (printers, AV systems) and mobile devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of OS troubleshooting (Windows/Mac/Linux)
- Customer service experience with problem-solving aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms (G/Azure)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
