Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts and Active Directory permissions
- Document tickets and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with network engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and training sessions
- Support cloud services (Office 365, Azure) deployments
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software troubleshooting
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
