Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi.
- Manage and prioritize IT helpdesk tickets using industry-standard software.
- Participate in scheduled system upgrades and maintenance windows.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
