Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the company's inventory of IT assets.
- Log and track support tickets using our helpdesk management system.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and patience with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
