Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via ticket system
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal/external users
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security protocols and compliance
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Complete certification training modules (CompTIA A+/Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
