Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Participate in ongoing training modules to develop technical skills
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents
- Deliver exceptional customer service via ticketing systems and live support
Qualifications
