Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new IT protocols and certifications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network problems.
Qualifications
