Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Assist with network monitoring and system maintenance tasks
- Contribute to IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments

- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
