Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support desk services.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
- Manage and update IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and deploy new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hardware components.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain IT certifications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
