Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems under mentorship
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users via ticket system and phone
- Document technical issues and resolutions in company knowledge base
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and patch management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions and certification prep
- Maintain service level agreements and response time metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
