Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic server administration
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced IT skills
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including access management and data protection
Qualifications
