Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Document technical issues and solutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem resolution
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and initiatives
- Complete certification training modules (CompTIA A+/Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
- Pass background check and drug screening
