Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees and external clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems

- Participate in hardware/software deployment projects
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Complete weekly training modules and certification prep courses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
