Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and resolve help desk tickets using ticketing systems
- Assist with workstation setups, configurations, and asset management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, AV equipment, and cloud services
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
