Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for internal employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates.
- Document technical tickets and maintain a knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
- Monitor server health and respond to system alerts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree in IT preferred).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
