What You Will Do:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the senior engineering team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and macOS) and network concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
• Self-motivated with a high aptitude for learning new technologies and software.
