Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all help desk tickets and system changes.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn network maintenance and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in learning how computers and networks work.
- Basic familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
