Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network equipment.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on operating systems and applications.
- Train end-users on new software and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions precisely.
