Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges and learn new technologies.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateβs degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and office software.
