Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff and clients in a timely manner.
- User Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person to ensure high user satisfaction and minimal downtime.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Network Assistance: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure secure and reliable operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all support tickets and system changes.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
