Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Support network connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new team members on standard procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT is a plus).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 40 lbs).
