What You Will Do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and manage incoming helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.
- Perform routine system backups and updates.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshoot complex issues with senior guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
