Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and customer interactions
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS/CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional site visits
