Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Configure and set up new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Participate in daily IT team meetings and training sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to office staff.
Qualifications
