Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and peripherals.
- Document all incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve escalated technical tickets.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Conduct routine system checks and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
