Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for internal users.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Support the installation and configuration of new software applications and operating systems.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Monitor network performance and report anomalies to senior staff.
- Provide Tier 1 customer support with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
