Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide tier-1 support for end-users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network equipment
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with security audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits
