Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, networking, and security
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks
- Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex problem-solving initiatives
- Participate in continuous training sessions to expand technical expertise
- Support IT infrastructure projects including deployments and upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and security protocols
