Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Deploy and configure workstations under supervision
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance
- Participate in rotational shadowing across IT departments

- Support security compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background/driving record checks
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ within 6 months
