Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for end-users.
- Perform daily system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document all technical tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices for network security and data backup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
