Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 500+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 1-2 support tickets via ticketing systems and remote access
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for 200+ employees
- Document SOPs for network administration and disaster recovery
- Assist in cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure automation
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation bi-weekly
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 administration
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
