Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via remote tools for software, hardware, and network issues
- Assist with hardware installations, maintenance, and inventory management
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and optimization
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Support software deployment and patch management processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science degree program or recent graduate
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
