Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training
- Support cloud service integrations (Azure/AWS)
- Assist with IT asset management lifecycle
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid Texas driver's license required for field support
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
