Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 user support via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols
- Document technical issues and resolution procedures
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for service delivery
- Train on cloud technologies (AWS/Azure basics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
