Responsibilities
- Master enterprise-level hardware/software troubleshooting through guided simulations
- Assist with desktop/laptop deployment, imaging, and asset management
- Learn to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using industry tools
- Support user account management and access control systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and shadow senior engineers
- Complete weekly training modules and certification milestones
- Provide exceptional customer service via ticketing systems and helpdesk
Qualifications
