Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across client environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote and on-site support
- Document incident reports, system changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and compliance
- Participate in server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery drills
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA-driven response times
- Complete progressive certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
