Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and Jira systems
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Support cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure services
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Provide end-user training on security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional site visits
