Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for 200+ employees (hardware/software troubleshooting)
- Assist with network monitoring, security protocols, and system backups
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering cloud services and cybersecurity
- Support hardware deployments and asset management
- Resolve user tickets via ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Shadow senior engineers during complex incident resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
