Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Document incident tickets using ServiceNow with 99.5% accuracy and SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations following ITIL best practices
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and vulnerability scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations and upgrades
- Develop troubleshooting scripts using PowerShell for common user issues
- Maintain asset inventory with precision tracking in ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS administration and Active Directory
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or commitment to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits
