Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues under guidance from senior technicians
- Deploy and configure company-issued laptops and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental IT support rotations
- Complete certification training modules (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work with hands-on equipment
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US
