Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and security protocols
- Document IT assets, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with hardware upgrades and software patch management
- Participate in cross-departmental technology projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
