Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Participate in rotational shadowing with senior IT specialists
- Execute preventative maintenance on desktop/server environments
- Support cybersecurity initiatives under guidance of security team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
