- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install/configure network equipment and peripherals
- Create/update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
- Maintain security protocols for data and network access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certifications preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US
