Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 150+ employees across 3 locations
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network equipmentDocument IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and patch management
- Train end-users on Microsoft 365 applications
- Participate in quarterly disaster recovery drills
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
