Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Assist with server monitoring and basic maintenance tasks
- Train users on new technologies and company systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) a plus
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
