Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in deploying and configuring workstations and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems
- Participate in training sessions covering Windows, macOS, and cloud services
- Support internal users via ticketing systems and live chat
- Contribute to IT asset management and inventory tracking

Qualifications
