Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Assist in deploying and configuring desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network and security projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and special projects
- Complete vendor-certified training modules (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365)
- Support asset management and inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with Windows/macOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through hands-on training
- Proactive attitude with willingness to ask questions and seek guidance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license required for occasional equipment transport
