Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote and onsite support
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate system logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for data protection
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance schedules
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Experience with Windows/macOS and network troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
