Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-departmental IT infrastructure projects
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and servers
- Provide Tier-1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
