Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting across 150+ workstations
- Provide Tier 1 customer support for internal and external clients
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Participate in weekly training modules covering Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies
- Support security protocols including patch management and access controls
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system audits and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in a 24/7 environment rotation
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
